Developed by Inovestor as a white-label solution, the IPO Center offers current and historic information on Initial Public Offerings in Canada.  The underlying database and methodology, as well as the data compiled on a daily basis is proprietary to Inovestor.

Deals are classified in three broad categories: i) Upcoming, ii) Pending and iii) Completed deals.  Various information sources are reviewed on a daily basis in order to reflect as best as possible the status of a deal.  The site offers powerful search capabilities allowing to search deals based on a number of key information such as deal status, size, industry, underwriter / position, etc.  Deal summary sheets provide a summary of key facts on every deal in the IPO Database.

Additional features include a management module allowing a brokerage firm to i) add specific comments on deals it is involved in, ii) post priority deals on the homepage of the IPO Center, iii) manage content of a push e-mail.
